We encourage you to register online. However, if payment by cheque is necessary download and complete the registration form:

Please note the following restrictions:
- Until payment is received, you cannot be registered for this event.
- When your cheque is received, an email notice will be sent to you with a registration code. This code will allow you to register online, select sessions and bypass online payment
- An administrative charge of $50 will be applied for any cheques that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds.
